Evaluating students' levels to decide which classes are suitable for them 4. Having the ability to write and execute lesson plans, and to decide the best teaching methods, goals, and material for students 5. Working with the director to help students obtain the best learning result and reporting to the director about students' situation when there are things that the school or students should pay attention to 6. School's target students are mostly adults The pay varies depending on teaching experience, size of a class, and students' feedback.
