Within 7 years, our brand KONYKS (https://konyks.com) has become one of the leading brands on the French market for Smart home devices. Our main distribution channels are online, in retail stores and through partnerships with major telecom companies. Our Taipei office is in charge of product sourcing, product qualification tests, quality control, IoT platform development and maintenance, orders and production follow up. Under the supervision of our General Manager, you will be responsible for: - Organizing and testing incoming products for qualification and pre-shipments - Writing test reports - Setting up a testing bench - Improving internal testing processes - Communicating with our App IoT platform partner to solve App related issues - Communicating with our French Headquarter (in English) for technical related issues and technical support Qualifications requirements: - Technical studies in Electronics / electricity - 2 to 3 years work experience but beginners or low experienced candidates are welcome - Strong interest in 3C and IoT products (especially Smart Home) - Good knowledge of iOS and Android environments - Curious and willing to learn - Organized and rigorous - Proficient in spoken and written English - Proficient in Chinese - Some knowledge in French language is a plus but not required Working place: - Taipei City / Gongguan MRT station (Green line): our office is located in the building right above the MRT station / Exit #1 Working days: - Monday to Friday Working hours: - 9:00am to 6:00pm
