Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Management 訂單管理: - Process and manage incoming and outgoing shipment orders. 處理和管理進出貨訂單。 - Confirm shipping schedules and delivery timelines with carriers and vendors. 與承運人和供應商確認運輸時程和交貨時間。 2. Documentation 文件處理: - Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and important export process. Own the knowledge of Triangular Trade. 準備和驗證運輸文件，包括提單、海關表格、發票以及重要的出口程序。具備三角貿易知識。 - Ensure all shipments comply with international and domestic shipping regulations. 確保所有貨物符合國際和國內運輸法規。 3. Coordination 協調: - Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, inventory, and procurement) to ensure alignment on shipping requirements and Certificate of Origin. 與內部部門（如業務、庫存和採購）協調，確保運輸要求和原產地證書的一致性。 - Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics providers to manage shipments effectively. 與貨運代理、航運公司及其他物流供應商溝通，有效管理貨物運輸。 4. Cost Management 成本管理: - Maintain records of shipping expenses and provide regular reports to management. 維護運輸費用記錄，並定期向管理層提供報告。 5. Problem Solving 問題解決: - Address and resolve any shipping discrepancies, delays, or issues as they arise. 處理和解決任何運輸差異、延誤或問題 - Develop contingency plans for potential shipping challenges. 制定緊急運輸計劃。 6. Inventory Management 庫存管理: - Assist with inventory control by tracking incoming and outgoing shipments and updating inventory systems accordingly. 協助庫存管理，追蹤進出貨物並更新庫存管理系統。 - Work with warehouse teams to ensure proper handling and storage of goods. 與倉管團隊合作，確保貨物的正確處理和貨物存放。 7. Compliance and Safety 合規和安全: - Ensure all shipping practices adhere to company policies and relevant legal regulations. 確保所有運輸遵循公司政策和相關法律法規 - Conduct regular audits of shipping processes to identify areas for improvement. 定期檢視運輸流程，提出改善計畫

1. Research of new customers (End users/Factories that purchase Polyester staple Fibers, Yarn, Viscose staple fibers, PET bottle grade/textile grade constantly) with contact window’s information for business development by using multi-sources (Strong searching skill by using Google, LinkedIn, global platforms through multi search engine, or custom data). 2. Re-organize clientele data base and development on respective markets plus update sales strategy charts and performance index with analytical conclusions on a regular basis 3. Maintaining the existing order fulfillment with the buyer and co-coordinating the trade follow up and shipment schedule with internal team and communication by email to the external buyer. 4. Analyzing data, preparing PPT and assisting BU for new business opportunities in existing and new regions.
