Job Description
1.執行、規劃、建議特定區域貨物之出口及銷貨退回之進口，以最有效的方式達到貨物進出的目的。
2.執行、建議、稽核ihub貨物出口及貨物包裝應注意事項及相關配合流程。
3.執行船務工作之異常處理及其回饋。
4.執行船務工作之規劃與改善措施。
5.執行、編訂船務工作手冊，參與工作輪值、調動以提振工作情緒，確保工作順利進行，加速人員經驗累積。
6.執行、配合並參與船務組之教育訓練及新人教育訓練。
7.配合自動化出口文件專案進度執行。
8.管理出口費用與成本控制。
9.提供年度檢討資料並整理與製作。
10.擬定、規劃、稽核與協調海外船務作業。
11.執行並稽核DELAY狀況之回覆與新交期之回饋。
Job Description
1.Plan, execute, and propose imports for goods return and exports for specific regions, ensuring the most efficient flow of goods in and out.
2.Implement, recommend, and audit guidelines for iHub cargo exports, as well as packaging considerations and related collaboration processes.
3.Handle anomalies in shipping operations and provide feedback on their resolution.
4.Plan and implement improvements in shipping operations.
5.Develop and maintain shipping operation manuals, participate in work rotation and transfers to boost morale and facilitate smooth operations, and accelerate personnel experience accumulation.
6.Assist, coordinate, and engage in training for the shipping team and new recruits.
7.Collaborate in the progress of the automated export documentation project.
8.Manage export costs and control expenses.
9.Provide data for annual reviews and organize and create related materials.
10.Devise, plan, audit, and coordinate overseas shipping operations.
11.Execute and audit responses to delay situations and provide feedback on new delivery dates.
