【工作內容】
A. 依據公司產品線之規劃，參與新產品設計，及改善現有產品。
B. 與業務和研發主管討論並設計、繪製產品 3D 圖、打樣與開模確認、及量產導入。
C. 與內外部合作導入具競爭性之新型材料、元件及其製造技術。
D. 新產品或技術的製程開發及量產導入，並協助主管排除量產異常狀況。
E. 制訂新產品製程和檢驗標準。
F. 協助主管檢閱及分析規格及相關數據，以評估組件設計的影響因素及所須遵照的程序和指示。
G. 管理BOM表及相關研發資料。
