Job Description

【工作內容】
• Responsible for data management on HRIS system and employee list file.
• Maintain employee movement records in employee list, personnel announcement, handover list for Manager above levels, and authority letters accordingly.
• Handle employee inquiries on HR issues such as HR policies, leave/overtime application, attendance record.
• In charge of overseas travel insurance administration.
• Prepare the updates of deputy list, call tree and org chart and Corporate title/functional title of business card.
• Support reviewing process and update HR manual periodically to ensure alignment with current procedure.
• Support Happy Birthday program administration and new joiners introduction in the morning meeting.
• Arrange the scheduling and notice of No Overtime Day and quarterly leave plan arrangement.
• Assist Head of HR to address internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required.
• Support interview arrangement, such as interview scheduling, interview invitation by phone/email, meeting room reservation.
• Maintain Financial Derivatives product qualification list and system.
• Support the review of reimbursement for qualification / language proficiency test certificates and maintain the database.
• Support external training registration, training fee payment and training feedback filing.
• Support other HR related activities, such as culture/team building coordination, employee communication.

• University graduate and above.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively and courteously with others.
• Good attention to detail and organization skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, especially in Excel).
• Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in English is a must.
【工作時間】
• 週一至週五 08:50-17:50
• 週休六日、見紅休假
【薪資福利】
• 月薪$34,000-38,000元起 (依經驗核薪)
