【角色Role】
擔任此職務,您將投入與貢獻於人才招募、組織發展、教育訓練、留才規劃、員工關係等人資領域,同時與人資主管、人資團隊、各階主管合作,提供符合營運目標的最佳策略
As a Senior Human Resource Development Executive, you will contribute to HR function including talent acquisition, organization development, Training & Development (T&D), retention and employee relationship.
Partner with the Head of HR, HR team and BU/line management team to provide HR strategies and make sure HR policies are in line with business goal.
【職責Responsibilities】
•招募任用Talent Acquisition
•負責完整招募流程/Take charge end-to-end recruitment process
•負責招募相關專案/In charge of recruitment project
•開發與管理招募管道/Develop & manage offline and online channel
•優化與管理篩選工具/Optimize & manage selection tools management and optimization
•組織管理Organization Management
•負責職等職務相關業務/Align rank & position with organization development
•確保人力需求與招募計劃符合事業單位之所需/Make sure headcounts and vacancies are in line with business needs
•執行轉調與組織調整流程/Conduct rotation and organization change process
•到離職管理On/Offboard Management
•負責報到導入與試用階段流程/Take charge of whole induction process and probation
•協助離職流程與執行離職面談/Support offboard process and conduct offboard interviews
•訓練發展Training & Development
•了解事業單位與人資團隊訓練發展的需求/Identify training needs for business units and HR team
•執行訓練發展課程,分析成效/Conduct training course and analyze result
•留才與員工關係Retention & Employee Relationship
•與人資團隊一同發展留才策略/Analyze trends and metric in partnership with the HR team to develop strategies and program for improving retention
•透過內部合作,提升工作關係與整體人才/Work closely with line management and employees to improve organization, working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity
•保持中立客觀,有效解決員工與主管問題/Identify & resolve complex problems between employee/line managers. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations where necessary
•人資相關事務HR Administrative
•解釋同仁對人資政策或流程的疑問與問題/Resolve employees & line managers questions and problem on HR policies or process
•判斷並提前示警潛在性的員工或團隊風險問題/Identify and escalate potential employee/business unit problem
•優化與導入人資內部流程/Implement and contribute to HR team initiatives and improve processes
【條件Requirements】
•至少3-5年的人資全方位實務經驗/Absolute integrity and proven at least 3-5 years multiple HR function experience
•擅於與管理團隊協調溝通/Strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner with senior team members
•溝通邏輯性強,具備良好的中英文能力(說寫能力中等以上者尤佳)/Strong logical communication ability and bilingual (English and Chinese), both oral and written is preferred
•擅於時間管理,能獨立工作於快速變動的軟體產業/Strong time management to work independent in a dynamic and fast-changing software industry
•自發積極,不須監督提醒/Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
