Job Description
1. Communicating with customer to understand their needs.
2. Single point of contact with customer for business operational activities.
3. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer demand & fulfillment, scheduling.
4. Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
5. Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and customer liabilities.
6. Resolving customer complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
7. Acting as customer advocates and work with internal departments to ensure customer needs are understood and satisfied based company policies.
8. Tracking and maintain pricing, PO & account receivable.
