Job Description
工地主任
A.與業主、承包商和監造設計單位討論溝通，以解決工作時程、營建相關問題。
B.計劃、組織、指揮與結構、設施、系統、營建或維護有關工作。
C.控管工程進度、預算與時程。
D.規劃人力需求與現場派工，並指揮、監督。
E.與建築師、主任技師(專任工程人員)、下包商、供應商和監造設計單位商討施工工法及合
約變更或新增修正版本等相關事宜。
F.業主計價統整。
G.申請營建所需的許可證明與執照。
品管工程師
1.工程施工品質管理/監控。
2.品質計畫書、分項計畫書撰寫、執行，品質文件紀錄管理。
3.需具備工地品管相關證照。
工程師:
1.協助分項工程現場指揮。
2. 協助分包商施工之監督與評估。
3. 依據施工圖進行工程檢討與審查。
4. 協助控管施工進度。
5. 協助進場物料的驗收、檢驗與堆置管理。
6. 協調工程事務與勞務。
7. 製作、整理、保存施工紀錄與文件資料。
8. 協助工地現場監工、人員調派、工程分包安排及業務處理。
9. 協助丈量尺寸，繪圖，核對圖面資料，並負責圖檔管理。
10.處理工務及其他事項。
11.具備AutoCAD操作者佳。
12.主管交辦事項處理。
