Job Description
工作內容：
1.負責遊戲內功能界面的設計與優化，確保UI具備高可用性與視覺吸引力；
2.設計遊戲中的ICON、LOGO及其他圖標等重要遊戲元素，保持風格統一並具備創新性；
3.擅長進行用戶體驗（UX）規劃，具備交互設計能力，並負責制定UI設計流程，確保整體設計符合遊戲體驗需求；
4.與各研發部門密切合作，持續優化設計方案，提升遊戲品質和玩家滿意度；
5.主動發現工作中的問題，積極尋求解決方案，推動並落實改善計畫，促進專案進展。
職位要求：
1.專科及以上學歷，美術類專業畢業者優先；
2.具備5年以上遊戲設計經驗，能夠獨立完成設計工作，並具有完整遊戲專案UI設計的經驗；
3.擁有強大的平面設計能力，能夠創造視覺效果優秀且具功能性的UI界面；
4.擁有優秀的審美能力，對設計細節、構圖、色彩搭配具有敏銳的感知；
5.熟悉並具備扁平化風格的遊戲UI設計經驗；
6.具備繪製UI圖標、徽標及遊戲物件的手繪能力，能夠從概念到完成品全程參與；
7.熟練運用AI生成軟體，如Midjourney和Stable Diffusion，創造創意內容；
8.熟悉Unity等遊戲引擎的UI實現原理，能與程序開發團隊緊密合作，完成引擎內的介面設計；
9.具備獨立執行能力，能夠掌控項目進度，並具備跨部門溝通與協調的能力；
10.有UE/UX（用戶體驗設計）經驗者優先考慮。
11.操作 FIGMA軟體，熟悉操作與管理專案整體界面。
