【Data mining and analysis】
1. Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
2. Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
3. Clearly communicating the findings from the analysis to turn information into action through visualized /graphic reports, dashboards, and/or presentations.
4. Preparing KPI report and continuously tracking campaign performance evaluation
【Business Strategy and Sales】
1. Product category/ segmentation/ behavior analysis to explore member insights and opportunity to increase sales through using various techniques and approaches
2. Understanding the business requirements, through using model/ segmentation data analysis to explore the fact to answer specific business answers/requirement.
3. Using A/B testing model to apply to each campaign and quantified valuable result and sales
4. Keeping up to date with knowledge of CRM Data Analytics trends and advising on new approaches to adopt
【Cross function Communication】
1. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of CRM Data Analytics initiatives
2. Cross function data analysis (product view, sales view) support for seek uncover opportunities.
【BI reporting and CRM platform enhancement】
1. CRM report BI tools and report build up for member performance/ sales performance/ campaign evaluation automatically.
2. CRM campaign automation platform management and identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
