【Role】
The Product Manager is responsible to develops products strategy and promotional tactics. Has good capability to achieve financial targets. Good collaboration with cross-functional department or ex/internal key stakeholders (e.g. sales team, inventory, digital marketing, finance controller, etc.)
【Responsibilities】
• Development and well conduct marketing strategy & brand plan independently
• Execute cycle plan and align with Sales team/ComEx/Medical team
• Independent manage financial targets including sales forecast, inventory management, A&P allocation & tracking
• Independent to engage with external customers
• Has capability to exchange market insight to Digital Marketer and co-create the best digital strategy

• Must be pro-active and results-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and follow through on tasks a must.
• Strong sense of teamwork, dignity, integrity and respect.
• Proficient experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of branding, pricing and market research strategies with respect to these therapeutic areas necessary.
• Strong cross-functional relationships.
