工作內容：
•純文字線上即時回覆及處理客戶的需求，無須電話接聽。
•協助客戶解決平台功能問題
•協助介面測試、問題收集、統合整理及狀況排除
•確保系統平台功能運作正常，並能偵察異常狀況及向技術部門即時反映相關問題
•具溝通能力、工作邏輯清晰、團隊意識強及配合度高
