瑞健醫療 ( SHL Medical ) 為領航全球的藥物輸送解決方案供應商，最主要的產品為自動注射器，筆型注射器。台灣為瑞健最大的營運據點，共三個廠區坐落於桃園。瑞健醫療提供給客人一條龍的服務，包含設計、研發、量產、組裝、驗證、確校，客戶來自全球前25名的藥廠。
【部門簡介】
瑞健自行設計、製作自動主注射器的模具，而模具部門歷經15年的蛻變，奠定了瑞健邁向世界級射出成型製造水準的基礎。身為模具部的一員，你需要跟各部門協同合作，打造自動注射筆各塑膠零件的模具。
【Job Overview職位概述】
o The position Tool Design Engineer is responsible to perform mold design related activities and to perform specific tasks and duties assigned by the company .
o 模具設計工程師職位負責執行模具設計相關活動，並執行公司交付的特定任務和職責。
【Main Responsibilities 主要職責】
o To create and generate 3D designs for molds , jigs and fixtures , to generate the Bill of materials (BOM) and to generate 2D detail drawings.
o 為模具、夾治具建立 3D模型，材料清單及2D加工詳圖。
o Responsible to follow all applicable WOs and SOPs at all times .
o 遵守工作指導書及作業流程。

語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /初級、說 /初級、讀 /初級、寫 /初級
【其他條件】
o Minimum of 2-5 years of plastic mold design.
o 至少2-5 年的塑料模具設計經驗。
o Good understanding of the manufacturing process of plastic injection molds.
o 清楚了解塑膠模具製作流程。
o Needs to be familiar with hot runner technology as well as the injection molding process.
o 熟知熱澆道系統技術及塑膠射出過程。
o Advanced 3D software knowledge necessary , preferably UG NX.
o 熟悉3D繪圖軟體操作，UG NX尤佳。
o Needs to be able to generate 2D detail drawings with good knowledge about dimension and tolerance.
o 能夠建立2D尺寸加工圖，並具備良好的尺寸和公差知識。
o To be able to work under pressure , good communication and interpersonal skills , team, player , self motivated.
o 能夠在壓力下工作，良好的溝通和人際交往能力，有團隊精神，有上進心。
o Fluency in English reading is an advantage.
o 英語閱讀流利者優先。
