Job Description
1.工時測量及標準工時制定
2.生產線效率追蹤分析與改善
3.工作站設計及生產線平衡規劃
4.生產制程優化及合理化
5.依據機種專案建立IE-Data（制程流程、人力（DL/IDL)、設備、配件、耗材等標準）
6.定期量測及優化IE data並提出優化項目提高項目競爭力
7.評估/參與設計自動化導入（優化/站位/ROI計算，追蹤控管）
8.監測定期檢討（DL人均產能，IDL人機比，設備利用率，損失產能分析…）
9.各制程單機成本分析在制數及WIP呆滯狀況
