Job Description
1.餐酒吧吧檯管理
2.服務品質控管
3.每月排吧檯PT班表, PT助吧面試, 訓練和考核
4.酒水成本管理和設計新酒單
5.酒水廠商新品選用, 廠商採購條件和送貨方式洽談
6.月休天數比照當月紅字和入職即有七天特休(特休給假優於勞基法), 國定假日不禁休
7.每月業績獎金$3000起, 年終獎金1個月起
8.一頭班且上下班時間固定, 若加班會有加班費
9.配合店內行銷活動或包場, 不強迫和客人喝酒Social
