Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
• Build up capability and knowledge for Metrology including Standard Method requirements, Operate and Calibration method on site.
• Obtain the Product and Process knowledge such as Key Process Input Variable, KPIV and Key Process Output Variable, KPOV. And correlation for QC test.
• Identify measuring device which related to process, product and regulation request.
• Schedule Calibration/ Prevent Maintenance Annual Plan for metrology devices.
• Arrange metrology internal & external calibration. The owner cover Area Process Engineer, Metrology Engineer, Conversion Technical Advice, Maintenance, Facilities, and QC Lab.
• Key Spare Parts Inventory review.
• Internal Trainer for Internal Calibration support team such as In-Process Quality Assurance team.
• Internal Trainer for Shopfloor user for Metrology First Line Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Response advance metrology issue and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring test data trend and operation discipline at shopfloor.
• Conduct QC Data Review during internal/ external customer compliant
• Proactive work with area Process Engineer to evaluate the correlation between QC characters and process parameters.
• Site Metrology focal point for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 audit and Customer Audit/ Visit/ Survey.
• Conduct MSA for metrology associate with calibration annually.
• Schedule annual Gage R&R plan and coordination activities cross sites.
Other Responsibilities:
• Follow Management of Change, MOC, per Site MOC policy.
• Green Belt Project Leader, GBPL, Certificate is required for daily work.
• Certificate Safety Work Permit, SWP, to protect calibration vendor work safety on-site.
• Certificate and Deploy Contract Management for calibration service supplier.
• Cooperate with site Contract Administrator for Contract Management.
• Engage in New Metrology Introduction and qualification.
• Align with Metrology Global Technology Guardian (GTG) to reduce various from metrology.
• Coordination Round Robin activities which request from Metrology Global Technology Guardian (GTG).
• Explore new technology metrology for operations.
