Things You Will Do
■Perform inspections and maintenance on ophthalmic equipment and related products.
■Support the sales department's goals by providing technical repair services.
■Operate and maintain the repair system and data, ensuring that service metrics and annual repair targets are met.
■Communicate directly with clients to explain the status of repairs and maintenance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
■Support other company maintenance projects, such as product maintenance campaigns.
■負責眼科儀器等相關產品的檢測及維修
■透過提供維修之技術服務，來支援業務部門相關目標的達成
■維修系統操作與資料維護，確保服務指標與維修年度目標達成。
■與客戶直接溝通，解說產品的維修/保養的狀態，確保客戶對服務的滿意度
■支援公司其他維修專案。如：產品巡迴保養活動
What We're Looking for on Your Resume
■Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant repair experience.
■Proficient in customer service and after-sales follow-up.
■Strong teamwork and communication skills.
■大學以上畢業，具備維修經驗
■擅長顧客服務、售後追蹤
■具備良好的團體合作及溝通能力
