1. Establish an inspection plan
Develop an inspection plan for products to help ensure that products meet quality standards before reaching the next phase of production and delivery to customer with no quality issue.
2. Respond to customer complaints
Address and resolve issues raised by customers, ensuring a timely and effective response to maintain customer satisfaction and. Effectively internal cross-function communication.
3. Check shipping documents
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents related to outgoing shipments. This step ensures that the correct products are dispatched, and all necessary documentation is in order for a smooth and accurate delivery process.
4. Quality document verification
Examine and validate the accuracy of quality-related documents to ensure that they comply with established standards and procedures, promoting consistency and adherence to quality control measures.
5. First Article Inspection (FAI) document creation
Develop documents related to the submission of the first produced item for inspection and approval. This process is crucial to verify that the initial product meets specified requirements before full-scale production begins.
6. Quality Management System Keeping
Perform Quality Audit activities and continuous improvement to ensure the internal Quality Management System remaining functional.
7. Other delegated tasks
Attend to additional assignments or responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the organization.
