Job Description
■ 職位說明：
主要工作內容 (70%)
- 擔任Bridger的角色與韓國原廠溝通業務內容
- 即時回應遊戲營運問題
其他工作內容 (30%)
- 管理及監控遊戲的全球即時運作及風險監控
- 策劃並執行各種遊戲內活動
- 檢視和改善全球直播服務，並監控其風險
- 管理並處理遊戲外掛活動
- 分析客戶需求並對遊戲內容提出改進建議
此職位希望培養人才長期發展可能，依表現及個人意願後續有往PM發展可能
■ 必要條件：
- 精通韓文（聽、說、讀、寫）
- 優秀的溝通技巧和積極心態
- 熟練使用MS Office
- 可接受偶爾海外出差
- 對手機遊戲有較高的興趣和理解
- 強烈的責任感與工作熱情
■ 加分條件：
- 精通英語（聽、說、讀、寫）
- 有手機遊戲服務經驗與基礎知識
- 有手機遊戲全球服務營運經驗者優先
- 熱愛遊戲，有創意，積極主動
- 能夠使用影像/影片編輯軟體
- 具有跨國企業經驗
- 熟練兩種以上語言

■ Job Description:
Main work content (70%)
- Act as a Bridger to communicate business content with Korean original manufacturers
- Respond immediately to game operation issues
Other work content (30%)
- Manage and monitor the global real-time operation and risk monitoring of the game
- Plan and execute various in-game activities
- Review and improve global live streaming services and monitor their risks
- Manage and handle game plug-in activities
- Analyze customer needs and make suggestions for improving game content
This position hopes to cultivate talents with long-term development possibilities. Depending on performance and personal wishes, there is the possibility of developing into PM in the future.
■ Qualifications:
-Proficient in Korean (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking)
-Excellent communication skills and a positive mindset
-Proficient in MS Office
-Available for overseas business trip
-High interest and understanding of mobile games
-Strong sense of responsibility and passion for work
■ Preferred:
-Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking)
-Experience and basic knowledge in mobile game services
-Preferred experience in operating global services for mobile games
-Passionate about games, creative, and proactive
-Able to use image/video editing software
-Preferred candidates with international experience
-Proficiency in more than two languages

Glohow was established in December 2016 and is a global co-publisher of mobile game application business. In 2019, we received investment from Kakao Games and officially became a subsidiary of Kakao Games in 2020. We provide consulting, business development, market analysis, public relations, operations, customer service and localization services with big data analysis and decision-making. We are headquartered in Singapore and have the main business center in Thailand. In 2021, we formally established a branch company-克爾豪 in Taiwan. The purpose is to provide Taiwan players with more localized service quality.
