**Medical Department 招募MI Associate **
===================
Purpose:
The MI Associate works with medical information (MI) staff to support MI related activities, it includes but is not limited to below responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Medical Information (MI) Queries (Taiwan/Hong Kong)
• Handle inbound/outbound calls by providing balanced, accurate and non-promotional information based on FAQs, package inserts and approved materials
• Document medical requests in medical information database according with global and local guidance
• Identification of queries containing either adverse events or product quality complaints and handling these in accordance with the appropriate standard operating procedures
• Maintain local abbreviated product information
• Support and collaborate with affiliate Tier 2 MIA
• Back up medical information activities during absence of MIA
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
• Education: Bachelors University Degree in healthcare, natural sciences, pharmacy or equivalent, including experience in related disciplines
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups and individuals
• Good writing and reading skills in Medical English
• High-level end-user computer skills including working with various databases
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak Cantonese is a plus
