Job Description
1. 負責撰擬、審閱與修改公司運營相關之法律文件及合約，確保文件符合法律規範與公司權益。
2. 參與公司內部制度與法律規章的建立，提供專業法律意見確保公司的法律合規性。
3. 整理與分析公司各單位業務相關法令，評估法律風險，提供法律諮詢與法律風險管理策略。
4. 處理國內外法律爭議，包括調查、勞資調解與訴訟案件，代表公司參與各類相關談判。
5. 管理合約行政及文件，包括文件用印追蹤與合約資料庫維護，確保合約管理的效率和安全。
6. 處理其它管理層交辦事務。
