Job Description
協助處理國內外客戶的空運出口貨物事務，並提供客戶有關航班資訊。
1. 處理運輸和相關的內部行政文件，確保文件符合航空公司和內部要求。
2. 與國內外航空公司、地勤公司以及其他相關機構協調合作，確保貨物按時順利運輸。
3. 負責監控貨物運輸狀況，及時解決在運輸過程中出現問題。
4. 管理和維護客戶關係，協助同事處理CS E-mail以及提供取貨支援。
