【工作內容】
1. 透過即時文字對談協助消費者退貨退款相關流程與疑問。
2. 退貨退款爭議案件之審核與協調。
3. 買/賣家等對外聯繫與支援行政事項(表單製作/維護等)。
*報到後會有四周培訓+考核
