Job Description
1.培育新人，招募新血，擬定教育訓練手冊。
2.對餐飲服務工作有熱忱，具備親和力，口條佳。
3.個性積極主動、有責任感、適應力強、抗壓性高。
4.須進行訪桌和培養回流客，具備客訴解決能力。
5.負責班表人力調配，監督人員桌邊服務、協調人員工作日常問題。
6.負責相關店務訓練和分配。
7.任何事務以公司利益為第一優先。
8.策劃店內優惠活動、協助開發每季新產品。
9.須有餐廳主管幹部經驗5年以上。
