Job Description
美妝策展特賣活動相關執行聯繫與溝通。
◼︎ 活動場地、製作&採購洽談、軟硬體發包執行等。
◼︎ PM、企劃PPT撰寫、設計人員溝通協調、社群宣傳會員管理。
◼︎ 瞭解活動現場的統籌、宣傳規劃、監督管理與執行
◼︎ 預算成本控管。
◼︎ 報告撰寫、數據分析，活動效果評估。
活動執行前中後—
1. 場地（場勘丈量、檔期確認、申請流程、場地交付等聯繫事宜）
2. 廠商夥伴聯繫&發包事宜處理
3. 廠商品質管理/活動現場監工，倉庫道具管理
4. 活動所需道具採購、清點、配貨
5. 活動現場執行（活動進撤場執行協助）
