Job Description
Position Summary:
The SFP Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's strategies for overseas mergers & acquisitions and fundraising. This role supports iKala's global expansion and long-term growth objectives through acquisitions and capital-raising activities.
The position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates with the senior management team to ensure effective alignment of financial and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
1. M&A Strategy Development: Assess potential acquisition targets, conduct market
research and competitive analysis, and identify opportunities aligned with iKala's
long-term goals.
2. M&A Execution: Lead the entire M&A process, including deal structuring, due
diligence, contract negotiation, and post-merger integration.
3. Fundraising: Lead the company’s fundraising initiatives, develop fundraising
strategies, establish and maintain relationships with potential investors and financial
institutions, and devise capital-raising strategies.
4. Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build detailed financial models to support M&A and fundraising decisions, conduct risk analysis, and provide strategic recommendations.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with legal, finance, operations, and other
departments to ensure the smooth execution of M&A and fundraising activities and
achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Must be fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of negotiating and communicating effectively in a multicultural environment.
2. Proven track record of successful M&A or fundraising.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to close deals in complex transactions and maintain strong investor relations.
4. Exceptional presentation skills to instill confidence in investors and partners
regarding the company's vision and strategy.
5. Experience in mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic planning.

1. MBA from leading business school.
2. Experience in MarTech industry
3. Experience in SEA or Japan fund raising projects.
4. Connections to institutional investors.
