1、駕車能力 Driving ability

人力派遣需要時常外出，因此，擁有開車的能力是很重要，若沒有自己的汽車，公司內有公司車可以使用，不過需要按照公司規定，以免造成公司資產的損失。

2、口才對談 Good communication skills

業務對於口才對談是相當重要，這會有助於案件的成交以及與客戶之間的溝通順暢。

3、抗壓力 Resilience to stress
