Job Description

【工作內容】:
(一)接聽銀行客服專線並受理客戶銀行及信用卡業務相關問題
(二)必要時配合專案執行與推廣商品(完全無業績壓力,只是協助介紹)
(三)行政流程上處理、主管交辦事項
◎經歷不限|有專業培訓|無經驗可
【上班時間】: 
初期培訓2個月,正常培訓班別 9:00-18:00,周休六日
0800~1700,0900~1800,1000~1900,
1100~2000,1200~2100,1300~2200。
約第三個月開始配合輪班(一至兩個月固定一個班別)
每個時段皆有輪班津貼|沒有大夜、沒有小夜
開始輪班後為排班制每月可以預先排休8-11天
【上班地點】:
◎臺北市萬華區桂林路
