Job Description
1.電話接聽、轉接、答覆問題諮詢及登記留言。
2.接聽客戶電話專線及幫助顧客解決問題。
3.提供飯店及各餐廳相關資訊及協助轉接。
4.熟悉全館分機與各單位工作職掌。
5.口齒清晰及反應能力佳、細心有耐性、抗壓性強、熟電話禮儀。
6.主管交辦事項。
7.需配合輪班。
