Job Description

※本職缺有三個月試用期
※本專案內容為軌道電力系統
1. 主要負責供電系統相關業務
2. 管理供電系統整體時程進度(文件、界面議題、製造、施工、運送、測試等)
3. 翻譯公文、文件、審查意見等
4. 與內外部工作階層建立良好之工作關係
5. 與業主之溝通協調(維持良好之客戶關係,詳實記錄會議上業主所提想法、意見)
6. 與下包商之溝通、協調
7. 協調各相關單位及其他子系統
8. 掌握/管理OPM專管各部門議題(型態管理、風險管理、V&V、系統保證、界面管理、品管、安衛、BIM等)
9. 參與各項會議並紀錄會議內容彙報相關主管
10. 管理各類定期報告(ex. 月報、週報、日報等)
• Responsible for Power Supply System general tasks
• Manage Power Supply System overall schedule (document, interface,
manufacturing, construction, delivery, testing, etc)
• Translate official letter, documents and comments from client
• Establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels
both internally and externally
• Coordinate with clients (Maintain good customer relations and ensure all customer
feedback is recorded in the meeting)
• Coordinate with sub-contractor
• Coordinate with all related parties and sub-system
• Manage/monitoring OPM’s activities (configuration, risk, V&V, system
assurance, interface, quality, safety, BIM etc)
• Record minutes of meeting (Consortium meeting, client’s meeting) and share
the related persons
• Manage regular report (ex. monthly report, weekly report, daily report etc)
