Job Description
※本職務有三個月試用期
※工作內容：
-管理辦公室用品(文具用品、影印紙及消耗品等)
- 追蹤重要議題、各項進度
- 撰寫會議記錄
- 翻譯公文、一般文件(中翻韓、韓翻中)
-與廠商MAIL往來(韓文為主，英文為輔)
- 總機接聽及訪客接待
-出缺勤管理
-其他主管交辦及臨時機動支援事項
<需具備條件>
-個性積極、細心，配合度及機動性高，具良好溝通及應變能力
-基本電腦及Office文書系統處理能力
