【工作內容】
-主要提供企業初中階人才招募及市場分析
-了解產業市場的趨勢及人才架構
-搜尋及與來自不同行業、職業的求職者會談
-負責職缺招募,包含履歷篩選、電話聯繫、面試人選及推薦等一條龍的服務模式
