Job Description
1.張貼公告，代收快遞及信件
2.門禁管制，以及來賓訪客的接待、登記
3.執行值班、巡邏、守望等勤務，防止偷竊、火災等意外事故
4.負責通知連絡公共設備的修繕
5.處理住戶客訴，並規勸喧嘩及濫用公物等行為
6.執行公共設施的各項使用管理辦法
7.協助召開定期或不定期的住戶管理會議
