1. Review and rationalize new product scopes
2. RF HW architecture design
3. Define characterization and test plans
4. Conceptualize and design RF interconnect products using 3D CAD.
5. Run Electro-Magnetic (EM) simulations and optimizations
6. Analysis design issue and debug
7. Factory manufacturing issue analysis
