2. 早餐開餐前置作業，負責菜餚備料與出餐
3.食材備貨以及進/ 存貨管理
4.廚房廚具設備﹑用具之維護與環境的清潔工作
5.清理及保養廚房各種器具和設備。
6.保持工作區域的清潔衛生。
7. 食物材料份量的控制，及減低耗損量至最低限度。
8. 確保烹調過程、準備工作的安全與衛生。
9. 應徵此職務本身需愛乾淨.
＊不同時段有不同的工作安排，民宿內包含：早餐、日式拉麵、下午茶，後面計畫依日式食事處風格延伸相關餐點
