◎領檯：接洽定位並妥善安排座位、帶位、妥善保管客人寄放之物品、結帳
◎外場：介紹菜單並熟知內容、點餐、餐期中精確地照顧客人、收拾髒盤杯子、清洗餐盤杯子、環境清潔
◎吧檯：精準快速製作飲料、備料、吧檯環境清潔
