1. 回覆及處理客戶應用技術問題與諮詢。
2. 提供客戶技術服務，必要時外出至客戶處安裝、檢修儀器設備。
3. 經銷商及客戶端產品教育訓練。
4. 銷售前評估及售後服務(產品導入、問題了解、產品解決方案)。
5. 主管交辦事宜。
