FooSpace is a retail technology company dedicated to developing Unmanned Smart Retail (USR) Technology. We empower retailers with USR Technology and run business as a SaaS model.
With our USR technology, much of the purchase, checkout, and payment steps associated with a retail transaction are completely automated without humans; in the meantime, 1st-party data and user footprints are automatically stored and analyzed. Our vision is to revolutionize retail market with innovative technology.
【職務說明】
・代表自由食間第一線窗口與既有客戶聯繫，包含電話聯繫及實體會議等
・定期安排客戶會議提供顧問諮詢以維繫留存率
・建立與品牌客戶間的良好關係以提升續約價值（upsell）
・建立與合作場域間的良好關係，提升合作場域的企業訂單（cross-sell）
【相關技能】
・3年以下客戶關係維護管理相關經驗
・善於對內及對外夥伴間的溝通與協調
・擁有同時處理N個account的管理能力
・能夠成功 upsell 及 cross-sell 的天賦與自信
・對新創產業、零售科技、無人零售等有強烈興趣
・渴望在高速的環境下與聰明的夥伴一起努力進步
