Job Description
1. Manage customer satisfaction levels by reviewing QBRs and monthly scorecards with customers, BUs, and overseas factories.
2. Collaborate with customers, BUs, and factories on end-to-end quality management, from RFQ and NPI to MP and market performance.
3. Oversee company-wide handling of customer complaints, problem-solving, KPI setting & tracking.
4. Implement lessons-learned programs internally and externally.
5. Enhance audit skills across product, process, and system.
6. Implement new quality tools like BI, AI inspection, and data analysis, e-systems to improve product/process quality and error-proofing.
7. Standardize and update ISO procedures based on the latest quality events and improvements.
8. Promoting KAIZEN, 6 Sigma, CIP activity & culture.
9. Coach and lead the HQ Quality team members.
