Job Description
1. 負責專案前期相關資料蒐集、閱讀、彙整等準備(如文獻、專利、規格表、客
戶需求)。
2. 負責新產品或新技術之研發與設計，包含模擬分析、最佳化、產品或量測機
台之軟硬體建置，並繪製工程圖或相關圖表。
3. 負責進行產品、測量機臺或技術研發之實驗與測試。
4. 將試驗數據進行分析，提出問題改善、功能提升等相關方案，並產出BOM、
操作手冊…等技術文件。
5. 將專案成果進行發表，如演說、論文發表、實體展示…等。
6. 負責實驗機台、儀器、設備維護與保養。
7. 解答產品顧問所提出的產品或技術相關問題，並協助產品顧問推廣產品，提
供技術上支援。
8. 完成其他主管交辦事項。
1. Responsible for the collection, reading, and compilation of relevant information in the preliminary stage of a project (such as literature, patents, specifications, customer requirements).
2. In charge of the research and development and design of new products or technologies, including simulation analysis, optimization, hardware and software setup for products or measurement platforms; also responsible for drawing engineering diagrams or related charts.
3. Accountable for conducting experiments and tests on product development, measurement platforms or technology research.
4. Analyze experimental data to propose solutions for problem improvement and function enhancement; produce technical documents such as BOMs (Bill Of Materials), operation manuals etc.
5. Present project results through speeches, paper presentations, physical demonstrations etc.
6. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of experimental equipment/instruments/machinery.
7. Answer product- or technology-related questions raised by sales team members; assist in promoting products by providing technical support.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
