What a HR Specialist Does in Titansoft:
1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including new hire onboarding.
2. Develop and implement training and development plans.
3. Collaborate on various projects and engagement initiatives to foster a fun and engaging work environment.
4. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
5. Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
6. Support ad-hoc HR administrative tasks as needed.
