【業務内容】
・ヘルプデスク：生産ライン用、社員用PC、モニターなどのIT機器管理、キッティング、トラブルシューティング
・システム監視、メンテナンス：社内、顧客のシステムに何か不具合が発生した時に、速やか分析し、関連部署へフィードバックと導入前の検証
・部署内書類処理、権限申請、社員退職時対応などの庶務
【Job Description】
・Helpdesk: Providing technical support, including maintenance, kitting and trouble shooting, to office PCs and IT equipments on the production line.
・System monitoring and maintenance: Being able to analyse and respond timely and effectivly to system troubles encountered either customer or employee, also providing feedback to relevant departments and verification prior to implementation.
・Others: Documentation, access authorization, HR related IT issues etc.
