Job Description
1. 解決客戶應用技術問題，並記錄及回饋給相關單位。
2. 撰寫系統操作手冊和相關文件
3. 處理客戶日常維護需求工作
4. 提供客戶及相關人員教育訓練
5. 支援相關測試工作
6. 執行專案事務及主管交辦之事務並即時回報
