1.執行績效考核制度
人力資源相關文件的更新
2. 懂勞基法规範及守則，員工工作政策
3與各用人單位配合，進行完整招募程序：包含履歷篩選、邀約、面試、離職等相關作業，達成人力需求目標；
4拓展多元招募管道：開發、經營、維護與徵才活動規劃執行
5.新進人員教育訓練
6. 公司人員異動或資料異動
7處理人員加、退勞健保與團保
8.協助主管製作各類表單，及提供人事行政作業流程
人力資源盤點並製作員工職務工作說明書
