Job Description

Job Summary:
This position is set for yield enhancement engineer to manage released products, including new fab qualification, fab capacity expansion qualification, product mask change qualification, new bumping house qualification, product yield improvement, product quality improvement, as well as on hold lot disposition.
Essential Functions:
1. Manage released products in Product Engineering Department.
2. In this position, you will have chance to reach almost every stage in semiconductor industry, including semiconductor device, circuit design, mask layout, fab process, bumping process, flip chip/wire bond assembly process, road test, ATE test, and failure analysis.
3. New fab qualification and fab capacity expansion qualification with good efficiency and quality.
4. New bumping house qualification.
5. Low yield product analysis and yield improvement for responsible products.
6. Quality improvement for responsible products.
7. Product mask change qualification with good efficiency and quality.
8. Dispose on hold lots with good efficiency and quality.
9. Develop solutions to complex problems through application of various techniques and approaches.
10. Actively participate in working groups, providing ideas and achieving teamwork.
Qualifications:
• BS or MS in Micro Electronics or related Electrical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of analog/digital circuits, device physics, IC manufacture process, Assembly process and related IC testing process
• Familiar with bench setup and testing, good statistical data analysis and summary skills
• Good logic for problem solving and schedule orgnization
• Self motivated, strong ability for team work
• Good communications skills for both verbal and writing in English
