Job Description
We are looking for an account manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships, implementing new programs that will increase our business' revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.
1.Quarterly business review with big accounts.
2.Onboard, train, and kick of calls with customers.
3.Perform health checks.
4.Provide consultations to customers' workflow.
5.Expand the clients' usage, including users' number and different product lines.
6.Provide the most up tp date product information internally and to clients.
