我們正在尋找一位專業且充滿熱忱的 MIS/Infra 系統工程師，這個職位將成為我們IT部門的重要成員。這個職位需要您展現卓越的技術專業和優秀的溝通技巧，並期待您能用心理解使用者的需求。
您將負責規劃、設定和維護公司內部的電腦硬體設備、網路系統、網路電話和事務機等設備，以確保公司夥伴們的業務運行順暢。
【主要職責】
1. 負責規劃、設定公司所有IT設備，包括但不限於電腦設備、網路系統、網路電話和事務機等。
2. 負責進行 IT 設備的日常維護和更新，以確保所有設備正常運作。
3. 提供全面的IT支援服務，包括但不限於處理硬體和軟體相關問題。
4. 深入瞭解並快速回應使用者的需求和問題，並提供即時且有效的解決方案。
5. 理解公司未來成長的需求，對新的 IT 技術感興趣，設計最佳解決方案，幫助我們不斷進步，提升效率。
6. 有效地與各部門溝通和協調，以確保最佳利用 IT 資源。
7. 管理 IT 設備的資產清單並維護供應商的服務品質。
8. 嚴格遵守公司的 IT 政策和指導原則，確保公司資料的絕對安全。

TAIWAN HOME NURSING Inc. is a pioneering home healthcare organization established in 2018. It was co-founded by the TRIO (Chiu-Jung Wang, Ben Kao, and Scott Chang) and powered by Buurtzorg Asia led by Dr. Stephan Dyckerhoff.
As the tenth international partner of the Buurtzorg oganization from the Netherlands, TAIWAN HOME NURSING Inc. not only practiced the Dutch Buurtzorg’s onion model of care, but also transformed it into a localized model that is suitable for Taiwanese with an upgraded home nursing IT system, interdisciplinary and integrated professionals , and an innovative organizational design focusing on empowered regional teams.
