Job Description
1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support:
• Assist in recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Conduct new hire orientations.
2. HR Administration:
• Manage employee contracts, benefits, and leave administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
• Support the off-boarding process for departing employees.
3. Support HR Projects:
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives such as performance management systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs and other HR projects.
• Collaborate on special projects to support organizational goals.
4. Payroll:
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Administer time and attendance, including vacation policies and employee entitlements.
