Job Description
工作內容
1. 解決B2B顧客問題，問題收集紀錄與追蹤回覆
2. 排解客戶系統操作，引導客戶進行故障排除步驟或操作指導
3. 配合直屬上級交辦事項
職務需求
1. 良好的溝通能力和跨部門溝通協調能力，有團隊合作精神
2. 學習⼒強、配合度/抗壓性⾼、思維敏捷
3. 文字表達能力好，具服務熱忱
4. 打字速度，60個字/分鐘
5. 具備B2B系統相關技術顧問經驗者佳
6. 具備英文理解溝通能力佳
